Each team member is nurturing, knowledgeable in child development, and skilled in developmentally appropriate practices. Most importantly, they respect and celebrate every child as a unique individual.

Our faculty promotes mutual respect and appreciation for the diverse characteristics that make each person unique. Many of our staff members are bilingual, providing children with meaningful exposure to a variety of languages, cultures, and traditions.

Every faculty member undergoes a comprehensive background screening process, including fingerprinting, FBI background checks, and clearance through the Sex Offender Registry in compliance with the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act.
